Delivery & Returns
Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on the Country that you live.
As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Delivery within the United States takes approximately 14-30 business days after processing, while EU delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, V-Shape Store will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 12 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 12 hours of making their purchases buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
